No, there isn’t, sorry. But I thought that the course notes were quite explicit on this topic so you should be able to get enough from the notes for your purposes.

There is a limit to the depth of knowledge that can be asked in the modern F4 format

Read the notes again, do the tests att he ends of the chapters, go over the flash cards and get heavily stuck into the revision kit – endless hours of question practice, over and over again

That should be enough and, of course, when you come across an answer that you don’t understand, post on this page again and I shall get back to you

Layering is the stage that follows ‘placement’ and precedes ‘integration’

The main purpose is to separate the money from the source of that money by conducting a series of financial transactions that have the effect of obscuring any audit trail until there is no apparent link between the original crime and the cash that was generated

The launderers may begin by moving funds electronically from one country to another, following that up by dividing the funds into investments placed in overseas markets.

The constant movement of the funds makes detection incredibly difficult and each time the funds are moved, the criminals are so sophisticated that they know of, and exploit, loopholes or discrepancies in legislation whilst simultaneously taking advantage of delays in judicial or police cooperation.

    OK?
