do we have to mention the name of the models in the paper when giving an answer for an question? Is it enough if we just mention and apply the content of it.

Naming a model is better, but if you can’t remember its name still use it. For example, instead of writing:
“Process improvement and outsourcing can be analysed using Harmon’s Matrix which considers the strategic importance and complexity/dynamism of the process… ”
have
“Process improvement and outsourcing can be analysed by considering the processes’ strategic importance and their complexity/dynamism…”
