Dear Mike,
I tried the following questions from your mock MCQ, would you tell me is there any differences between these 2 question?
1.When a public company wishes to pass an ordinary resolution at an”other general meeting” to appoint a
director celebrating her 72nd birthday how many days’ notice should normally be given? 21 days
2.When a public company wishes to pass an ordinary resolution at an”other general meeting” to appoint a
director celebrating her 57th birthday how many days’ notice should normally be given? 14 days
Best regards
Ann
Director’s age is important! If under 70, no big deal
If over 70, ordinary resolution with SPECIAL NOTICE
