    Hi,

I would like to do mock exams next week were someone can physically correct them and I can get feedback on my results. I Take it Kaplan and BPP might do them??? Has anyone else gone to the bother of doing these type of mock exams??? I have done the ones on ACCA practice platforms so many times but the hard part is correcting what you think is a mark compared to what the examiner thinks is a mark…

Many years ago ATC/Becker offered a mock marking service, but few students were prepared to pay enough to even cover the cost of paying a marker with the skills to provide feedback. Kaplan/BPP only provide as part of a full course.

Have you studied all the resources on this page? https://www.accaglobal.com/uk/en/student/exam-support-resources/fundamentals-exams-study-resources/f8/exam-technique.html MOST IMPORTANTLY the “Read the mind of an AA marker” article and the examiner’s reports – just a couple should be sufficient to give you the gist of what is sufficient to earn 1/2 mark or 1 mark .

For AA it is very important to not underestimate how challening Section A can be under exam pressure – at the bottom of this page https://opentuition.com/acca/aa you will find links to two OT-Case Question sets and a Section A mock exam.
