Sir, this question is on opentuition F1 mock exam question 7. I am not understanding how does it affect the sales if westland currency strenthen but Mant co does not import or export

Even if you are not importing or exporting, your competitors might be. If they import goods for sale and the exchange rate moves so as to make those imports cheaper, they will be able to drop their selling prices – affecting your profit.
