Hello,
I am unable to open the above mentioned exam. Could you advise me as to what could have caused this? When i get into MS Word, the document opens but is encoded.

maybe you’re using a lower version of microsoft office. Dont worry, i will upload another one with compatible with a lower version.

it is in docx format, which means you can only open with Word 2007.
Use a docx converter
