Dear John,

In this question, why the cost to pay for the game platform and exclusive right (14M) are not a part of Exercise Price value, as the cost do contribute to the cash flow of the game as The price of Underlying asset, pls. advise

Those costs will be paid whether or not we exercise the option.

The option is whether or not to continue to spend more at the end of the two years.
