Pg 74 in BPP KIT num 224 why the answer for yield is the 2nd also and not only the first one?

If any loaves are rejected and therefore thrown away (whatever the reason) then they will end up with fewer loaves than they should have ended up with. So the yield will be lower than it should have been and the variance will therefore be adverse.
