Mitigating Circumstances Issues

Hi,

I have been trying to submit the request however whether I select Remote or Centre, the web page tells me I do not have exams for this format. If I select Remote it shows the two exams I sat, however after I fill out the form then submit it simply reloads the page and provides no confirmation. I have contacted ACCA who have confirmed they have not received my request. I’ve tried this on two different computers and three browsers and have followed up with ACCA to ask what I should do.

Whilst I await their response has anyone else had issues submitting this form?
