Hi Sir,
In my Sep exam, my computer suddenly turns black screen and restart immediately after the exams started around 1.5 hours. I was panic and shocked due to don’t know my answer got saved by the system or not. Then I raise hand call the invigilator for help, the invigilator take around 2 to 3 minutes to restart my computer and move me to another computer to continue exam. My question is, if i request mitigating circumstances in this case, will this add marks for my case? although it take only 5 minutes of the exam time, but this was seriously impact my emotion and exam mind.

As this happened in a centre, you should have raised a centre complaint – but the deadline for that was 10 September The mitigating circumstances closing date was 17 September.
Hi sir,
I have actually do the MCR before due date and raise this issue in exam feedback, just wondering whether will have marks adjustment in my case
All mitigating circumstances are considered by a panel to ensure consistency and fairness. Some allowance will be made for any disruption – however, this can only be a few marks at most (not “handfuls”)
