    Dear Sir,

I had a problem with remote exam on Sep, 2021.
In the 5 first minutes of exam, after check-in process were completed, the computer loaded the question of exam but I can not close chat box with invigilator, the screen of my computer has been hang up and I can not see full content of the question because it is covered by chat box frame on the left hand side.
I received some calls from number 16173790635, I guess it was the call from the invigilator who tried to contact me but when I said on the phone, I can not hear any answer from the caller.
I must press Crl Alt Del and reload onvue application to restart my exam.
When I logged again, more than 5 minutes was passed, the clock appeared that the remaining time is 2h55 minute and I did not use 5 minutes losing to complete anything in my exam.
The trouble in this issue made me anxious and could not concentrate on my exam.
I do not want to withdraw or rebook ; instead that I would like to be considered for Mitigating Circumstance.
I understand that I must submit this procedure in my ACCA and I know that is important for me to provide any documentary evidence that I may have in relation to my circumstances.
But I do not for my issue, which evidence is appropriate for the consideration ?
Could you please kindly advise me ?
    Thank you so much,

@phuongmore – see here https://www.accaglobal.com/gb/en/student/exam-entry-and-administration/exam-results/mitigating-circumstances.html Clearly if you have no documentary evidence you can’t submit it – so you should provide sufficient description in order that your circumstances can be matched to their internal reports.

    Dear Sir,
    Thank you for your reply.
As your advisory, I should provide sufficient description. Could you please comment whether my post above is enough sufficient for report to ACCA? Do I need supply any information?
In addition, as I know, many candidate may face the same situation as I referred and apply for Mitigating Circumstance Requests.
I would be grateful if you can share that, whether any case apply successful.
    Thank you so much.

I can’t think of anything obvious that you should add – but you might finish with “I should be most grateful if you could please advise if there is any further information I should provide for your consideration.” I’m sure they won’t – but it’s a nice “pleasantry” to finish off your claim.

If you have successfully submitted, I don’t think it’s possible to resubmit. I suggest you check your spam and other folders in case you are overlooking an automated response. If you can’t find email and your email contact details in myACCA are correct and up-to-date you could contact ACCA directly https://www.accaglobal.com/hk/en/footer-toolbar/contact-us.html and ask can they confirm receipt of request. ACCA will take account of all mitigating circumstances received before the deadline – it is a necessary procedure – they simply have to (!)

    Dear Sir,
This morning, I have just known my result for AA with 58 mark for 1st attempt.
I do not know whether Mitigating Circumstance has been considered for my case or not. But I am very surprise and happy about this result.
I would like to thank you so much for your support !

    See here https://www.accaglobal.com/russia/en/help/exam-sessions.html

“What are my options if I have made a request for mitigating circumstances, but don’t believe my circumstances have been fully considered when I receive my result?
If you believe that we have not applied our procedures properly when you receive your exam result, you can follow the mitigating circumstances appeals process.”

Takes you to this page https://www.accaglobal.com/russia/en/student/exam-entry-and-administration/exam-results/mitigating-circumstances.html#What-are-my-options-if-I-don%27t-believe-my-circumstances-have-been-fully-considered-when-I-receive-my-result?
