I heard it is a new topic. What scope of knowledge is expected? what kind of questions?

New topic? It appeared in the syllabus last year!
Do not expect much on it, but read chapters 20 and 21 in our free Lecture Notes.
You should find a few questions on it in your Revision Kit (and you must have a Revision/Exam Kit from one of the ACCA approved publishers, because it is vital that you practice lots of questions on all topics in the syllabus).
