Sir, Minimax regret is for risk-averse individuals and not for risk-neutral individuals right? However, a mcq in the kaplan interim assessment identifies both this and expected value for risk-neutral decision makers, but both, its study text, and your lectures say otherwise.
Is this yet another error on Kaplans part?
If that is what they say in the exam, then it is a Kaplan error 🙁
Minimax-regret is a risk averse approach 🙂
