I can not work out Q2/b and Q3/b NCI investment valuation, could you explain to me please?

On page 206?
We know how many shares the nci holds because we know how many the parent holds and the nci holds the rest
We know the value per share
Therefore we can calculate the value of the nci investment
Where’s the problem?
