Hello sir,
Please help me clarify this:
According to course notes a public company have at least 2 members, according to revision kit it states there should be a minimum of 1 member and min 2 directors.
So how many members there should be as a minimum?The course notes are now amended so should now read with the criterion for the public company definition now omitting the ‘2 members’ point
But, well spotted!
Thank you very much for all your lectures and notes, they were really helpful and i found myself pretty comfortable with the exam today.
