Dear John,
I watched your wonderful lecture and think I have grasped the concept. I am really struggling how to do the calculations using my scientific calculator.
Can you please explain the buttons to use maybe in a flow diagram type explanation for Chapter 6 Example 3?

I can’t because the problem is that different calculators use different logic and so the order in which you press the buttons depends on the model of the calculator.
I am afraid you are going to have to look at the instruction manual for your calculator (if you have lost it then you will be able to find it on the internet by Googling the model number).
