Hi
Can anyone tell me the ‘mgt report’ meaning in New examer’s article pubilshed in SA 05/2010?
The full sentence is ‘Reporting of recommendations regarding deficiencies in internal controls, or other issues found in an audit, will continue to be examined in terms of ptoduction of management reports’
My Q is
Is the mgt report here is the same meaning of mgt letter, which is the by product of an audit showing the deficiencies of an client’s intenal control?
Or mgt report is an interal audit report, which is written by client’s interal auditors ?
THANK U
🙂
Answered elsewhere. Please do not ask the same question in two places.
