There are no free lectures on Merges & Acquisitions chapter.Please kindly include them.Your lectures are very good with clear understanding. Thanks a lot and your website is very helpfull for students.
There are no lectures on mergers and acquisitions (and there will not be).
The reason is that the techniques necessary are all covered in other lectures, and the real extra problem is more how to approach the question.
For that reason I have recorded lectures working through several past exam questions (which you can find linked from the main P4 page) where as well as working through the technical aspects I also talk through the approach. As time permits I will upload more of these.
