Merger and acquisition

There is no lecture :-) The reason is that all the techniques necessary are covered in earlier lectures and the problem in exam questions is more one of approach. So what I have done is recorded lectures working through a few question 1's from recent exams. In addition to obviously going through the technical content I also discuss the way to approach the questions. You can find them linked from the main Paper P4 page.
