The issue price is the price at which the new shares will be issued, and is calculated using the dividend valuation model.
The dividend valuation model is basic revision of Paper FM (was Paper F9) and is explained in detail in the FM lectures on the valuation of securities and is revised within the AFM lectures on the cost of capital.
