    1. in (b), the question asks for the issue price. what is it mean by this issue price ?

is it in our syllabus ?

    2. in (b), they have calculated g = be and what is this be ?

    3. in (b) in g, is it possible if you help me to explain how they get 100-25/100 ?

i hve not seen this be formula and i do not quite understand how they get this 100-25/100

    1. Of course it is in the syllabus, and is explained in my lectures – it is the price at which the new shares will reissued.

    2. the formula is actually g = bRe. It is given on the formula sheet and is explained in detail in me free lectures for both AFM and for FM.

You are obviously not prepared to spend the time watching my free lectures, but are instead trying to learn by practicing questions and getting free private tuition from me.

We introduced these forums to give help on any problems with the lectures. They do not exist to provide explanations to every past exam question – if you are not prepared to spend the time watching the lectures, then you can hardly expect me to spend my time answering your questions.
