I want to know , why does a person has to subscribe to memorandum of association under companies act 2006 to form a company, considering articles of association is major document not memorandum of association, . What sense does it make to you?
Since the passing of the 2006 act, the memorandum is now purely a matter of historical record indicating that the subscribers wish to form a company in the name of “ABC Ltd ( plc )”
It’s a part of history?
