Hi, sir !
I was reading through bpp chapter 3 and found the book referring to this sentence
“the measurement of the fair value of a liability should reflect the effects of non-performance risk and entity’s own credit risk”.
Could you provide an example so that i could better understand it ? Bpp does provide an example, but i dont really understand it.
