What is the difference between the measurable and quantifiable benefits?
Measurable means it can be measured but it is not possible to predict what the benefit will be. So, if a new inventory system were implemented you could measure any increase in sales, but might not be able to predict what that would be. Quantifiable means that you can measure and predict the benefit.
