Piping Tea pre seen.

Here are the questions I dealt with in my exam for Piping Tea company (hope it helps some of you):

* Debt & Equity for financing new factory for cold drink tea (and inventory for factory)
* Negotiation of the contract (renegotiate the delivery schedule with suppliers – delivery with short notice – just in time kind of approach)
* Transfer pricing at market prices – adv. and disadvantages
* New management team for Piping cold drink branch – approach to recruitment – risks ,problems and opportunities. How to select an appropriate team – what experience they should have.
* Type of risks to be expected when a new company (cold drink) is launched? Product risk, product reputation risk , customer preference etc.
* Revenue recognition for 2 year contract – normal price with 20% discount if some condition are met or normal price (no discount) if the client doesn’t buy enough in each year of 2 years duration
* Setting up a new company (cold drink tea) and its impact on manufacturing and selling operation of the company (parent company)

Each section had 2 sub questions , each split for marks as in 60%/40% proportion.

I passed the exam with around 4 weeks preparation as I did a lot of mocks question – to be honest none of the question surprised me , which was a great feeling in the exam, however the time management was a big challenge for me and although I had a lot more knowledge that I provided in my answers I usually struggled to answer 2nd part well as I focused too much on perfecting part 1 of each question – dont make that mistake – split the time for answer as per 60/40 and you will be fine.

I passed comfortably but could do much better if I followed discipline in answering the questions rather than writing everything , over and above, for 1st part of the questions,

I have about 25 questions , which i used as a prep for my exam with detailed answers.

These questions were based on detailed analysis of pre-seen and almost all questions I had in the exam were present in my mocks.
