a company is evaluating investment project with following foretasted cash flows:
Year 0 -6.5
1 2.4
2 3.1
3 2.1
4 1.8
using discount rates of 15% and 20%, what is IRR of project?I am trying to calculate the question and get wrong answer : while calculating NPV @15% I get- 0.34; and @20 %- (0.27). Then 15%+(0.34/0.61*5%)=15.03. Could you please help me?
