What’s with the Inventory question. CoS was lower than fair value in both cases, but should we consider sales maganers’ commissions? Because it more like selling expenses. It has nothing to do with delivery cost or customer’s discount.
?nventory quest: comissions would paid only for 1 of group inventory ( if i read carefully). So i take: cost for 1st + nrv for 2nd
I Thought that the sales commission had to be applied to get to NRV, which therefore became lower than the cost and that product began being measured at nrv and the other at cost.. I think i chose d on this one …

On the one with exemption from preparing consolidated fs we had the option that the company is itself a subsidiary owned by another company and what was the other one?
