For the Dec 2016 there was A mcq which of the following figures would lead to decrease in sales volume for NPv to zero.

So is it NPv/contribution

Or,

NPv/sales volume.

Both the values were given for contribution and sales volume?

I have not seen the question, but from what you have written it would be NPV / contribution (because sales volume affects both the sales revenue and the variable costs).
