Hi!
I was going through F9 mcq june 2015
And this one confuse me.
– ROCE is the PBIT divided by sum of the shareholder fund and prior charge capital.
my question is why this statement is wrong??
And my idea was capital employed = TALCL i.e remaining would be NCL (prior charge capital) and shareholder fund.
So, I thought it was correct.
Plz clear my confusion.
