McGregors theory of motivation, as you said in notes, also reflect Ashridge Democratic (Joins) and Autocratic (Tells).
I also think this shows Power Distant of Hofstede’s theory in Culture. If higher power distant so manager would not like to share power and employees are dependent on instructions of Manager (like theory X).
If low power distant so manager share his power and employees like to participate (Like theory Y.)
Am I correct?
I think that’s a fair comparison.
