Hi sir, i just want to ask, for the cash flow calculation in part 1(i), why for the contribution part, the answer didnt minus the variable cost of (£100-£20per unit) = £80, from the selling price? Or did I miss something?
My bad sorry, the answer already deducted the variable cost. Selling price ( £275) – variable cost (£100) = £175.
