May i know is it the question needed to include the OWIP in normal loss?
Question : Normal wastage of material including product transferred from Process 1, which occur in early stage of Process 2 after all material have been added is expected to be 5% of input. Wastage material have no saleable value. The company use FIFO for its costing.
