The ‘Material uncertainty related to Going Concern’ paragraph should be placed before or after the KAM paragraph?
Or the sequence is doesn’t matter? Is it alright to be placed either before or after the KAM paragraph?
According to ISA 570 (revised) it looks like the paragraph ‘Material Uncertainty Related to Going Concern’ comes immediately after ‘Basis for opinion’ and immediately before ‘KAM’
What if there is “Emphasis of matter” paragraph? What I have read from ISA 706 is the EOM paragraph would be placed after the KAM but before ‘going concern’ paragraph, contradict to what contained in ISA 570. So could I come to my own interpretation that the sequence doesn’t matter?
It does seem that way doesn’t it!
I think that matters will settle down after a period of practical use but, meanwhile, I don’t believe that you should get too excited about it
Alright thank you
You’re welcome
