    Hi Mike,

The deferred tax calculation in the single company question are marks in the bag. So are the final 3 figures in the Statement of Cash Flow. What else could be considered ‘marks in the bag’?

    Thanks,

If you’re really good at consolidations, you could claim 15 or 30 marks there as “in the bag”

If answering mcqs never causes you a problem, there’s another 40 in the bag.

Chip in with a comprehensive ability of preparing financial statements and you can bank on another 15 or 30 as applicable

Will you be happy with 85?

If you want to bag the full 100, get on top of the rest of the syllabus with lots of practice. I only hope that your bag is big enough to hold all 100 available marks. 🙂
