Stick to reading the revision kit and DO NOT pay any attention to the length of those answers!

The length of your answers in the exam is not the critical factor. What IS important is the number of separate markable relevant points that you can come up with

Each separate point should be couched in its own sentence (just 1 point per sentence) and you need as many sentences as there are marks available

But, of course, time is limited. So try this NOW

Get a piece of A4 paper, a stopwatch, a pen and some text from which to copy

Start your stopwatch and commence copying from the source text. After 1 minute and 18 seconds, stop writing.

That represents the maximum length of any single sentence in your answers. Work on the basis of 1 point, 1 sentence, 1 paragraph, 1 minute and 18 seconds (3 lines?)

And do not be disheartened by the volume of the printed solutions that are written:

by qualified people (sometimes the examiner)
    under no pressure
    with open books
    with no time pressure
with the facility of being able to converse with other qualified people
with no worries about failure and
    with no adrenalin surge

    Whereas you ….

That’s good – and don’t ever give up

You can’t win it if you’re not in it!
