I have a question: I have a problem in the exam which ask for 5 substantive procedures, each procedure scores one mark. If i write 8 substantive procedures, but only 5 of them are correct, and they are not the first 5 substantive procedures in my answer, can i get full 5 marks?

Short answer – yes – but please see this post about avoiding writing “too thinly” https://opentuition.com/topic/what-if-the-answer-contains-sufficient-correct-points-but-also-some-wrong-ones
