    Dear Sir,

When we say: The market value(for USD100 nominal) is currently USD91.61. What does it mean literally?

It means that a bond with a nominal value currently sells on the stock exchange for $91.61.

The lectures on the valuation of securities will help you (and if necessary for revision, the similar topic lectures from Paper F9).
