Market capitalisation is calculated as cum market price*shares or ex market price*shares?
The current market capitalisation is simply the number of shares multiplied by the current market price, whether it be cum div or ex div.
When doing calculations in the exam then we usually use ex-div prices, but it depends on what is being asked.
