Hi Mike!
What is the difference between ‘manipulating transaction’ and ‘manipulating devices’.
Both seemed to mislead investors.These are not words that I have ever used! But common sense dictates that their interpretation should be something like:
… there are various ways in which prices can be manipulated (called manipulating devices) and, each time any one of these devices is used, the affected transaction (called a manipulating transaction) will likely have an affect on the price of the affected security
OK?
