Dear sir,
The wording is kinda tricky when the sentence includes “mark-up”
Is it any difference between “20% mark-up on all sales” and ” 20% mark-up of sales price”
No question will ever say “20% mark-up on sales” nor will a question ever say “20% mark-up on sales price”
Mark-up is always expressed as a percentage increase based on cost price
Margin is a percentage that is based on the sales price or revenue (where you’re working on total figures)
OK?
