Hi Ken, I would like to ask that for the sample answer (Product Pricing), why is 650k x 10% = 65k? I thought from the question, it should be “subcontractor’s cost plus a 10% mark up”, which is 650k x 110%?
I think it’s just bad wording. It means that that the company marks up the subcontractor’s charge by 10% ie 65K whereas storage and transfer costs 695. We are losing 695 – 65 = 640 on that operation it would seem.
