    Q1 (i)
Would the below be acceptable KPIs for the CSFs with justification of course:

1.Build a world class software development team:
% increase in salaries in the year ( higher salaries more experience and skill full workforce)
% increase in sales compared to last year , benchmarked to competitors in the industry (increased sales due to new innovations in design/efficiencies created by the world class team)

2.Ensure the quality of the imaging….:
-No of customer complaints in a given period
-% of decrease in sales (low quality in product will reduce sales)

1 % increase in salaries in the year. Not very good as higher salaries might simply indicate an overgenerous, careless remuneration policy. Might be better to look at employee numbers which should grow as the team does Increase of sales better as that implies a successful team.

2 Complaints OK but falling sales might be locking the stable door after the horses have bolted. perhaps machines should be checked before being sent to customers and faults monitored.
