Did anyone get the question about the question of buying a Yacht from their company but using it privately with no business use?March 7, 2023 at 9:57 pm #680451Hi! Yes, I did. I Said it would be taxable benefit so she will be taxed for it, and company will pay class 1a nic. Class 1 nic employee and employer not affected. ?
March 7, 2023 at 10:11 pm #680453Yes I put the same about the yacht being taxed as a benefit and the same with employer and employee NI as she would not be taking any remuneration!
