Technical issue! I have to retake in contingency week :((((( I’m guessing papers are completely different in the second week?
I had issue also for just over 15 mins and then it started to work. I have put in mit circumstances
How did everyone answer the question about brand loyalty and revenue forecasting jn q1?
i had a tech issue but was resolved, proctor said he could not see me, then i relaunched and he could then see me, otherwise paper seemed ok i did not attempt Q2 which was on costing something like that, Q3 was on Data silos and Balance Scorecard, and Q1 was on interpretation of performance report, and some probability with standard deviation
i could not figure out the BSC question it was a bit confusing to me
i have no idea what to expectHi Karina, i could not figure out how to forecast, there was no indication, there was only the current growth which was 3.8 and 3.9% so i used 4%.. no idea
For the brand loyalty question it mentioned that the company have equal share of market and then it said in survey. There were 3 surveys which made up the 100%. So what I did is took say 225 total market share and say 50% of this population who were surveyed and like the brand was 50% I would half it twice for example so 225 totals market share divide by 2 and 2 again so additional 56.25 and revised forecast this way
1. BSC-Report, KPIs
2. Environmental Quality cost, EMA
3. Performance pyramid, KPI, Reward systemToo many technical interruptions in the test centre, could not focus, probably failed. Invigilators added the loss time to remaining but after the 4th interruption I basically gave up. Issued a mitigating circumstance and hoping this will be somehow fixed.
As I can remember below was the mark allotment per subject:
1- Professional Marks (10 marks)
i) Performance report (10 marks)
ii) What gets measured gets done (14 marks)
iii) Brand Loyalty & Forecast & Std Deviation (16 marks)2- Professional Marks (5 marks)
i)Data Silos (8 marks) – big fail
ii)Balanced ScoreCard (12 marks)3- Professional Marks (5 marks)
i)Target Costing (8 marks)
ii)Cost of Quality (12 marks)Crap, I took it that 225 was equal share and that there was 5 companies in total so I multiplied the 225 by 5 and worked off this figure
To be honest I might be wrong about the 225k! I thought it said in total! Lol. So annoying these exams. So many tricks lol
I left the brand loyalty until last and then came back quickly in the last 10 mins and just randomly calculated EV using the probabilities.?
Yeah I left this till the end. Spent too long on the data silo question as I thought it contained easy marks
