Which one was the AFM second version?
April 17, 2022 at 10:34 am #653460this is the second version , the toughest exam I haver ever sat ,
Q1 β optimal capital structure
Issuing bonds and change to cost of capital with credit risk ratings
Cost of capital specific to the two projects
Sukuk vs conventional bondsOnly needed to calculate the new cost of capital but there were no npv calculations so lots of speculation on the assumptions and impact on finance and business risk
Q2 β swap costs vs futures and risk aversion commentary of the treasury team
Q3 β mbi and effects on employees and managers
fcfe, synergy in perpetuity. Work out the recommended offer price and gain or loss on per share after combinationApril 17, 2022 at 11:02 am #653464Yes,I had the same version and though it was challenging as well
Best of luck and fingers crossed !

April 17, 2022 at 10:37 pm #653519Just a general question since almost 2 hours to spare now before we get the results. So i gave ATX, could only attempt 85 Marks due to some technical issue, later applied for mitigating circumstances which they replied to saying that it will be considered before finalisation of Marks. Was wondering if anyone here has experienced something like this before, and how applying for mitigating circumstances will have an impact on the marking
