They have asked about the competitive advantage if i answer it using porters five forces is it wrong ques based on NCCP march 2021
The trouble with 5 Forces is that the analysis applies to whole industries, not individual companies. Having said that, you could point out how the company might do better than others by competing more successfully or erecting barriers to entry by creating economies of scale.
Usually, when competitive advantage is being talked about the approach is via the generic strategies.
