    hi,

I am looking to take SBR exam in March. I did it once before changes .ie financial reporting. Please assist on how to prepare this exam ??

    also…

    1. Are changes significant to how it was previously examined? ie when it was called financial reporting?

    2. can I use OT notes and BPP kit for practising past paper qstns. or use a providers study text ?

3.does the change in name mean content has also changed ?

Principal change is that this is now primarily a written exam. Have a look at the ACCA website, where there are very useful resources on the change in approach.

Then get hold of the BPP or Kaplan kit and start to work your way through.

Not a good idea. You must pass F7 before you consider sitting SBR.
