Hi All,
I want to register for March Exam, was waiting on results of F9,which I passed, before deciding..
Question is have I left it to late to start studying? I did attempt this 3-4 years ago but probably have forgotten everything now.
I’m going to use a combination of home study and revision courses, what do you guys think, would really appreciate opinions…

January 21, 2017 at 12:15 am #368639Hi!
In my opinion, You definitely have enough time. It took me about 3 weeks of very relaxed studying to prepare at home, using Opentuition lectures and up to date Kaplan Exam kit. Passed December 2016 CBE exam version.
Good luck!
Best regards,
MariaJanuary 22, 2017 at 3:09 pm #368886Sara do you mean you completed the text AND the revision kit within 6 weeks? Is that humanly possible? :O
I am looking to complete F5 but I am targeting June because right now I don’t feel ready enough for March session considering that I only started now. What do you suggest?
March or June for F5? :/
March 8, 2017 at 5:01 pm #376642Hi shayan,
I had three hard week learning and went to now in march to f5 (study text read kaplan and revision kit section a and some part from c). We will see in April. Did you go to exam?
The variance part was little difficult and the other C question was interesting.April 19, 2017 at 11:18 am #382600Thanks all for your really helpful replies, i went and ahead and sat the March paper and thankfully passed, 51%. You were right, it is a heavy workload to fit in for such a short time period but i put in the hours early on watching lectures from Independent college and practising exam questions. I think rractising exam questions was crucial for me. Also Time management is really important in the exam, i actually ran out of time putting my MCQ’s into the solution, had 3 left to fill in but the examiner wouldn’t let me keep writing. So my advice is to make sure to leave enough time for this!
I’m on to the P papers now, have never sat them before, would you guys have any advice for what i should attempt between now and the end of the year? i’d like to sit P1 in June but im afraid it will be not enough time….
