Hi,
Please could you advise for Q4a within the Mar/June17 exam where or what they have stated for ‘any potential difficulties in making such improvements’. I’ve read the model answer and can see they have identified what process for Harmon is for 2) and 3) and the improvements but it doesn’t appear that the last part of the question was addressed.
