I encountered an issue with my Mandatory System Test (MST) in the exam planner. Despite attempting it multiple times, the MST did not update. Consequently, when I logged in shortly before the exam, it displayed a message stating that I had not made any attempts at the MST. My Financial Management (FM) exam, originally scheduled for the 9th of June, was rescheduled to the 16th of June. I managed to complete the MST on the 11th of June. Unfortunately, I experienced connectivity problems with my internet and was unable to complete the check-in process. Consequently, I am concerned about the status of my refund request. Since my MST did not update, I am unable to withdraw from the exam. I would appreciate hearing from anyone who has encountered similar issues.
